深部软弱围岩大断面切眼支护技术研究

Study on support technology for large section open - off cut in deep soft surrounding rock

摘要: 针对红庆河煤矿大采高综采工作面开切眼断面大、埋藏深、巷道围岩软弱、支护困难的情况,提出了仅采用锚网索进行支护的技术。通过数值模拟、现场试验和巷道围岩岩性分析,确定两次开切眼支护参数,锚杆预紧力不低于杆体屈服载荷的40%,采用8m锚索进行补强支护,通过高预紧力强力支护,控制切眼围岩早期的离层和变形。监测结果表明:锚网索支护可以有效地控制深部高应力、软弱围岩、大断面切眼的变形,支护效果好。

Abstract: According to the conditions of large section open - off cut, deep burial, soft surrounding rock, difficult support of Hong qinghe coal mine, put forward bolt support technology. Through the numerical simulation, the field test and the lithology analysis of the roadway surrounding rock, the support parameters of two open-cut are determined. The pretension of the bolt is not less than 40% of the yield load of the bolt, and 8m anchor is used to reinforce the support. Through the high preloading and strong support, control the early separation and deformation of the surrounding rock. The monitoring results show that the anchor net and cable support can effectively control the deformation of deep high stress, soft surrounding rock and large section open - off, and the supporting effect is good.
